Please email extdfamily@gmail.com to request a refund or exchange for any item you received within 14 days after delivery. Since the address for exchanges and returns is different, you will need to wait to get a return address by email. Items shipped to the incorrect return address or one that you did not specify in your email are not covered by our liability. Please be aware that only like-for-like products may be exchanged. Furthermore, products that have been worn, used, cleaned, altered, or not in their original packing containing the original contents and tags will not be taken into consideration.
